Wow! What an event it was.
On November 14th, Scale Network hosted the first edition of their brand new event series “Blockchain Insights”. With our local partner ImpactHub we have had a great location in the middle of beautiful Bern City. With our time set to 7 o’clock, Chris Jenny and Roman from Scale Network kicked off the event with the opening speech.
Scheduled with speakers such as Wanchain, Nexo and Shield, we were on to a solid lineup. Over 40 attendees shared their knowledge and opinion about blockchain, cryptocurrency and IoT. With George Manolov giving the first speech, people were able to learn about the crypto lending space. With Nexo, it is possible to deposit your Bitcoin and Ethereum to get an instant loan. So you don’t have to renounce on spending money. A great project that certainly has a bright future.
In the second slot, Yannick from Scale Network presented his main project Thingsby7. Ordering groceries during the day and get it delivered on the same day. Fantastic! They are an IoT project coming out of the F10 startup Incubator powered by SIX. Smart devices will make our lives much easier.
Last but not least, Roman presented the current services in and about Scale Network. Ending the evening with drinks and interesting discussions with people. We would like to thank everyone who attended the event and we are looking forward to seeing you very soon!
